SBA was established in 2007 and is a subsidiary of Editec, an international gaming company located in France and United Kingdom. SBA continues to be Uganda’s leading sports betting company; providing betting services for a variety of sports disciplines e.g. football, cricket, boxing, tennis, basketball (NBA) and formula 1. The company’s brand values (integrity, responsibility, entertainment) are at the center of all its activities.

SBA operates sports betting centers in Kampala and in cities and towns around the country. Franchise operations have also been established, which are wholly or partly owned by Ugandan entrepreneurs. More than 1000 Ugandans are directly or indirectly employed by SBA.

In order to provide optimum service levels, the company’s head office is strategically located at Mukwano Arcade, Ben Kiwanuka Street - the center of Kampala’s commercial district.

Through sponsorship and corporate social responsibility initiatives, SBA continues to deepen its involvement in the development of sports and community life in Uganda.
